Arnold Bosch built his expertise over more than 25 years of executive and change management practice — from global programs at Philips to individual engagements at the top of profit and non-profit organizations.

As Director of the Business Excellence Academy at Philips, he led the training of over 700 Black Belts and many thousands of Green Belts worldwide. He personally coached a number of these change managers through complex implementation projects — and observed firsthand what distinguishes successful projects from those that stall.

He continues to draw on this practical experience at Novy-T: through executive coaching for directors and senior management, through training and mentoring of management teams, and as a contributor to leadership development programmes across a wide range of organisations.
