Novy-T pronounced as nouvité
— symbolizes renewal

Founded in 2013

Arnold Bosch founded Novy-T as an independent enterprise, driven by a clear conviction: organizational change can be fundamentally improved, and he possessed the evidence to prove it. As Director of the Business Excellence Academy at Philips, Arnold had established a global improvement program for over 700 Black Belts and many thousands of Green Belts, achieving a success rate of over 95%. While international literature indicated that 70% of all change initiatives fail, his approach consistently demonstrated the opposite — repeatedly, on a large scale, within a complex international environment. This disparity — between what proved possible and what was common practice — was the direct impetus for Novy-T.

Three Reasons

Change fails too often
The 70% failure rate is not coincidental — it results from approaches that decouple strategy from execution. Novy-T was founded to break this cycle.

Success must be demonstrable
Change management without measurable results is advice without accountability. Novy-T exclusively employs methods that make progress visible and secure results.

The Top determines whether change endures
Transitions succeed or fail at the highest level. Novy-T focuses exclusively on executives, boards, and management teams — because that is where the real difference is made.
